NHS NewAge Tx-series

NHS NewAge Tx Meliorator is a tractor-mounted machine series, designed and built for soil improvement (subsoiling) of arable land, meadows and the like, where the soil layers are compacted (tractose) or otherwise compressed or stratified, so that surface water does not have a natural seepage, and natural oxygenation in the crop layer is reduced.

The machine's center of gravity and location in relation to the tractor's three-point suspension provide optimal weight distribution and thus the best possible weight transfer to the tractor. Together, this maximizes the tractor's ability to convert its horsepower into real traction.

The tines can be individually engaged/disengaged as needed. As the icing on the cake, we can recommend one of our packer roller solutions.

Efficient and flexible soil loosening.
Our meliorator is designed for maximum strength and flexibility. It is built in robust tine modules, which are mounted on a strong bar and can be easily connected to the tractor's 3-point suspension. The machine can be operated by tractors down to 75 kW!

Flexible in use – adapts to your needs
The meliorator's tine modules can be easily adjusted in working width and adapted to special operating conditions. If necessary, the modules can be engaged or disengaged, giving you full control and optimal performance under varying conditions.

Proven design – durable and reliable
The classic design of the tine has been thoroughly tested and reliable for over 40 years. The wearing parts are unchanged and known for their long service life. Each tine module is equipped with a mechanical stone release that protects both the machine and the tractor in case of contact with obstacles.

NHS NewAge T2 remediates soil compaction in wheel tracks and ruts caused by heavy machinery.
